I recently pursued to buy a used car from R & M Suzuki Stop in Houston and could not believe the terrible customer service I received. A sales rep. told me several times he would call me back and didn't, and a receptionist with an attitude when I called back, she even hung up on me when I asked to speak to the sales manager. I finally got through to the sales manager and he asked me to call him back after he speaks to the sales rep., so I did and the receptionist lied to me and said he was not there, I told her yes he is I just spoke to him, she then hung up on me again! I was never rude to her not the sales rep. so I could not believe how they were treating me. If this is how they treat their new customers i can only imagine how terrible the warranty service will be. 1275991
